We send our parcels out using Royal Mail, 'signed for' for which a signature is always required. If you are not at home during the day perhaps it would be more convenient for you to have your order delivered to another address where a signature can be obtained. Please choose 'Change Address' on the delivery information order screen of our checkout.
We apply a flat delivery fee of £5.50 for all Mainland UK orders; however, if your order is excessively heavy or bulky, we may contact you to request an additional contribution to postage. This fee applies only once to an order. If any items are out of stock at the time you place your order, there will be no additional fee for posting them on at a later date.
If ordering from outside the UK mainland including Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands shipping is charged at cost, we will contact you with a delivery cost when we have received your order and you will be given the opportunity to proceed. Please submit your order as normal and we will email you a quote for postage to your location. We will only process the order with the additional shipping costs once we have received your approval.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can. We will try to send your order to you within 7 working days in the UK, and normally less. International orders are generally received within 14 days.
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns may either be made by post (at the buyer’s expense) or in person to our shop in Leek. We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged.
On receipt of your purchase it is essential that the items are thoroughly checked. Any breakages or missing items must be reported in writing to email@example.com within 2 working days.
